Exercises To Reduce Stomach

has very much importance in the present world.there are many exercises which can be practised daily and have very fast effect to reduce stomach.Here i intend to discuss some of these excersise
1 walking

yes walking is one of the very effective exercise that reduce stomach also provide energy and stamina.Starting a day with a walk is best thing for day.So find some time for it and you can even take your dog with you.

2 Cardio exercises
The most important type of exercises are Cardio exercise which will help to reduce stomach.These are the ones which will reduce all the fat in your body.Get up early and run.this is the way i start my cardio.However if I had a pool, I would swim. Do whatever you feel comfortable with: jog, run, swim, jump, do aerobics, tae-bo, etc.
3 Sit ups

sit up is a very good exercise which will give you build body and as well as reduce stomach
step 1 Lie on your Back on the ground
step 2 Place your hands on opposing shoulders, so that your arms are crossed over your chest.
step 3 Tighten your abdominal muscles gently by drawing in your belly button to your spine.
step 4 Keeping your heels on the ground and your toes flat to the ground, slowly and gently lift your head first, followed by your shoulder blades
step 5
Repeat steps 3-5 for the remainder of the exercise

The Bicycle Maneuver
one of the best exercises to reduce stomach is bicycle maneuver.In fact, scientific research has proved that it is the exercise that triggers most activity on your abs. Here's how you do it: Lie on a flat surface; make sure your lower back is pressed on the ground. Take your hands behind your ears. Then bring up your knees at a 45 degree angle. Start doing a bicycle pedaling motion. Touch your elbow with the opposite knee (right elbow with left knee and so on, alternating). Breathe relaxed and evenly throughout the whole exercise.
